I have been drinking True Sports Hydration since November 2023 and it really has been transformative. Physically I can see a difference in my skin & also in my energy levels – and less tangibly I really just ‘feel better’ when I’ve had one or two cans daily than when I don’t. I have one can first thing, regardless of whether I’ve trained or not that morning and then depending on how the day goes, another one in the evening. It definitely takes the pressure off having to drink litres and litres of water on a really busy work day. I still do drink my water, True Sports Hydration is my insurance policy.

I am pretty sceptical about things like this but have been proved wrong...love the flavour as seeing lemon grass as the flavour did worry me it was going to be strong but love the flavour its subtle...easy to drink....made rehydration so much easier with my gym program...don't get that post slump....Next test will be using it for an after my run ...definitely will be purchasing more as will be an asset for training in summer

I had been struggling a little bit with that get up and go to the gym and even getting up to work recently. I think it's been just over a week now I've had 2 cans a day and I'm really seeing a change. I've got way more energy at the gym now and managing to do an extra half an hour there each session.
